Coach Lee Fobbs of N.C. A&T, whose team is on a 27-game losing streak, hopes that the latest recruiting class can turn things around. Fobbs signed 27 players for this fall's recruiting class, which includes two local players ? Carver's McKinley Morning, a wide receiver, and Parkland's Kimeko Jones, an offensive lineman.
